Marketing Intern

The Marketing Intern in Brazil will support Marketing Department Team in different activities (online and offline) in 3 areas: Brand Awareness, position us as Thought Leadership in Cloud, Virtualization and Mobility and helping us on demand generation – relationship with Decision Makers. This intern will learn a lot of how to support the sales team, backoffice and all partner ecossystem through Co-funding activities.
Overall Job Activities
This intern will be responsible for these activities:
1. Support and coordination of intern and external events;
2. Management of all Marketing material (gifts, printed materials) = quantity, future demand, new suppliers to produce these materials;
3. Internal and External Communications;
4. Excel Expertise to create and customize reports XLM related with Marketing Activities (budget, Funding, participation in events, Compliance Reports, Sales Force Pipeline);
5. Create new campaigns in Sales Force and upload lists;
6. Report of Compliance – submit report and proof of execution;
Requirements
• Languages: English (Advanced Level if possible); Spanish (Desired); Portuguese (Desired);
• Academic background:
a) Ongoing College with graduation date expected in 2 years (or more)
b) Preferred Courses: Marketing, Publicity and other related courses;
• Excel Proficiency, if possible;
• Good verbal and written communication skills, organized and proven attention to detail;
• Passion for marketing/events and the ability to maintain great working relationships with all internal and external customers;
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-departmental teams;
• Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility;
• Knowledge in Corel Draw, PDF, Excel, CorelDraw, Photoshop and Illustrator / Analysis and Proces Driven
